Obituary for Betsy Wilkinson Harris (Wilkinson)
Betsy Wilkinson Harris, 75, of Hickory passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born, February 7th, 1947 she was the daughter of the late Kemp Bascom Wilkinson and Bonnie Parker Wilkinson. Betsy's family and friends were very important to her and she loved them all dearly. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband Tony Harris; three daughters Stephanie Campbell (George) of Hickory, Kelly Barnhill (James) of Hickory, and Lindsey Brown of Hickory; stepdaughter Renae Martin (Todd) of Hickory; stepson Jason Harris (Julie) of Hickory; eleven grandchildren Garrett Conley (Amanda), Cameron Crossley (Lacy Bass), Rachel Crossley, Logan Crossley, Luke Harris, Landon Harris, Sam Harris, Ella Campbell, Madison Harris, Daniel Barnhill, and Jace Barnhill; and two great-grandchildren Isaiah Crossley and Noah Bass.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Bruce Wilkinson.
The memorial service will be 2:00 PM Sunday January 15, 2023 at East Maiden Baptist Church at 1400 East Maiden Road, Maiden, NC 28650 with Pastor Nathaniel Austin officiating. There will be a reception following the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made East Maiden Baptist Church at 1400 East Maiden Road, Maiden, NC 28650 or the American Heart Association.
